Refund policy

Every effort has been made to ensure that products are presented by Kismet & Co as accurately as possible. Please note that yarn colour may appear slightly different as colours can vary on different monitors/screens.

No goods may be returned without prior consent. 

All sales are FINAL and we do not offer exchange or returns unless the items are faulty or incorrect.

For faults, please email us at hello@kismetandco.co.nz within two weeks of receiving your items. Faulty items must be returned in exactly the same condition that they were received in: unwashed, with tags on and in the same packaging. 

No returns or store credits are available after 14 days.

Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.

Kismet & Co do not offer free returns - you will need to cover the cost of postage.
