Shipping policy

We deliver nationwide to all New Zealand street addresses.

Shipping Costs:

New Zealand:

Standard shipping: Flat rate of $8 

Rural addresses: $10

A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been processed.

We do not ship to PO Box addresses.

International:

If you are located outside of New Zealand, please email hello@kismetandco.co.nz and we can arrange a shipping quote for you.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We aim to ship goods within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note, we ship on working days and weekend orders will be packed and dispatched the following Monday. Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 days to arrive.

Please note:

You may be required to pay tax and duty charges on orders sent outside of New Zealand. Payment of such charges will be your responsibility.
